2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • All original accessories, labels, and tags must be intact.

  • You must provide a valid Order ID or Invoice copy.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made gifts

  • Perishable items (e.g., food-based gift hampers)

  • Products marked as “Non-returnable” on the product page

  • Used, tampered, or damaged products (not caused during delivery)

  • Gift cards or vouchers

  • Clearance sale items


4. How to Request a Return

To return a product, follow these simple steps:

  • Attach clear images or videos if the item is damaged or incorrect.

Step 2: Review and Approval

  • Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

  • If approved, return instructions or pickup schedule will be shared.

Step 3: Product Pickup or Self-Shipping

  • We’ll arrange a pickup if service is available in your area.

  • Otherwise, you may courier the product to our return address, which will be shared in your confirmation email.

Step 4: Inspection and Refund

  • Once the item is received and inspected at our warehouse, we’ll process your refund or replacement within 7 business days.


5. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

  • Request must be made within 48 hours of delivery

  • Photo or video proof must be submitted for review

  • Product must not be used or tampered with


7. Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order under the following terms:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement

  • Once an order is packed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible

  • Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days
