📬 Missed Delivery?
If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery:
The courier will attempt up to 3 deliveries
After multiple failed attempts, the order may be returned to us
You may contact our support team to reschedule or update the delivery address
🔁 Split Deliveries
Ordering multiple items? Your products may arrive in separate packages depending on availability and warehouse locations. But don’t worry — you’ll be notified for each shipment.
